Committed and reliable

Nicola was employed with us on a temporary basis to help support me with my two children aged four and two. She worked for us for five weeks whilst I was recovering from major surgery. Nicola had a variety of duties and embraced all aspects of her work for us. She worked long days but always arrived on time, and would always see through all of her duties thoroughly. Nicola also showed a great deal of initiative during her time with us; she was able to recognise when I needed more or less support, and when things needed doing. She does not need reminding to do jobs; she is efficient and reliable and acts independently and on her own instinct. Nicola has a kind and caring manner but is able to remain firm but fair when dealing with behavioural matters. Nicola was also extremely sensitive to the fact that it was a difficult time for us as a family. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Nicola as a nanny.

When I started working for Mike and Melissa they were going through a tough time but despite this I found them to be very welcoming and easy to get along with. They were a lovely family to work for and I am glad that I was able to help them through their difficult time and I hope things continue to go well for them.

Professional and experienced

I met Nicola regarding a babysitting job for my 2 young children.
Nicola came across very professional, experienced with a kind and gentle manor. I look forward to seeing her very soon to look after my little ones.
