Our daughter started with Louise in March. From the first contact we had, Louise has been professional and friendly.
She didnt shy away when advised about our daughter's medical condition.
When we took our daughter for her trial, Louise understood how as parents we would be feeling and within 15 minutes she had sent us a photo showing her playing so we could see she was ok.
Each time we pick our daughter up we are given an update of how her day has been, how she's slept, eaten etc. Our daughter happily goes there and comes out smiling. Louise and her team are amazing and we would definitely recommend.
My LB has been with Tina now for 2 years, he absolutely adores her and loves his days there. As a first time mum I was extremely nervous handing my little one over to someone I didn’t know but from the very start Tina put us both at ease and made us feel so welcome. She is the most caring person and will go above and beyond to help you. My little boy has learnt so much from Tina, even how to use a defibrillator at 3!!
I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Tina has cared for all my children over the last 15 + years and still currently cares for my youngest daughter. Her care is second to none. My son has additional needs and her care with him was again faultless. A lovely childminder with a lovely family and she treats the children as they were one of her own. Lots of learning opportunities provided in the home, at groups and on day trips.
We as a family were extremely lucky to have found Tina.
Maria takes care of our 1-year-old son, who enjoys spending time with her and her family. Throughout the day, we receive updates with pictures and activities he is doing. This is a safe and nurturing environment for children, and we couldn't be more grateful for her high standard of care.

Sitara cared for my twins from the age of one through to four on a full-time basis. Without a doubt, she is adept at the twin thing which in my mind makes her quite special.
As an individual, Sitara is diligent and understands small babies' requirements. Sitara is:
- Confident, caring and patient
- Gives time to feedback on the activities, meals eaten or not liked during the day
- High level of understanding of how her role fitted within the family
- Managing nap times (key with twins) and did this better than anyone I had also considered and better than me!
- Preparing and serving meals and healthy snacks
- The need to change the schedule when babies turn into toddlers
Sitara has an unlimited amount of patience, and for me, this is where Sitara wins the day, she has the patience of a ‘saint’, is proactive in organising outings and is a great coach for toddlers to use their words rather than actions.
She has always and continues to take an interest in 'the twins’ development and what they were up to during holiday times.
She is very honest, reliable and trustworthy and evolves with the changing needs of a baby to a toddler. In summary, Sitara possesses all the qualities that made a great addition to our family, with a kind character and a safe pair of hands for the twins to feel loved from. Sitara's approach is certainly one of calm and consideration.

Maria was the nanny for my 1-year-old daughter and 2.5-year-old son. She came with strong references which were very reassuring.
She was always happy, on time, loving, and organised. Both of my children absolutely adored her, and she was a pleasure to have in the house. Maria brought a sense of calm and joy into our home, effortlessly balancing the needs of both children and creating a nurturing environment where they thrived.
Her dedication went beyond the usual duties of a nanny. She not only engaged the children in creative activities, educational games, and outdoor adventures, but also attended appointments, shared days out with grandparents, and helped out when I was travelling for work.
When we moved to West London, Maria sadly wasn't able to come with us, but she did introduce us to our next nanny, who was equally as amazing. This seamless transition eased our minds and ensured continuity in the high-quality care our children received.
Having Maria as our nanny has had such a positive impact on our lives during and after her time with us. She set a high standard of care and left a lasting impression on our family. We remain grateful for her invaluable contributions and cherish the wonderful memories we created together.
We are thankful with Ewa as she looked after baby girl for couple of months. Our baby bond so quickly, she loved to go with Ewa. Ewa always plans amazing things to do outside or inside for the kids and she prepares healthy food. Our baby loves her and her family, and of course her dogs. We highly recommend Ewa as a childminder.

I needed someone to care for my two year old daughter. She isn’t welcoming to new faces. But when Shagufta came to take care of her, they played together a lot, she was so happy and kept on laughing. She even wanted to follow her home when she was going back. Thanks so much dear, for your time and everything. You are really gifted. Id always call you when I need a baby sitter.
Our kids loved their afternoon with Ms Jasper! She did a splendid job with their particular SEN needs, played games, helped with homework, and navigated meals. Our kids are hoping to see her again soon! I very much appreciate that she was able to accommodate our last minute need for a babysitter and look forward to working with her again!

She is even enjoying doing her homework .Her teacher at school also gave me the same feedback, stating that she has improved a lot."

Jodie interviewed with us two weeks ago to nanny for our 11 month old as we were looking for a part time nanny every Thursday, which would then increase to every Friday (initially the extra day was to start in September 2024). We were very honest with Jodie and explained to her that we had a nursery placement and that we were having an open day with them on the 17 May and that we’d make a decision about a nanny by this date but that we could’ve her some work in the meantime. Last week I offered Jodie the job with us on a permanent basis but that we would still view the nursery and asked her if she’d be happy to accept a position within our family and she agreed and appeared happy to be working with us. I explained to her that we liked her so much that I was prepared to juggle work things to commit to increasing to every Friday in July as we knew she wanted the extra day. I asked Jodie if she could work last Friday in the afternoon and she agreed, then left our home and asked to change the time to the morning as she had afternoon plans which was frustrating because by the time she’d agreed I’d arranged to meet clients, but I happily said to Jodie to leave it because she had a busy day. There were other things that didn’t sit well with us but we were as amenable as possible with Jodie. For instance we agreed to pay her monthly but after her first day with us she left and messaged us asking to be paid as she’d had an unexpected expense, and so we did pay her immediately. I agreed to then pay her weekly for the time being. I asked her over the weekend if she would negotiate her hourly rate which she informed us was £17ph from our first meeting. She has her hourly rate listed on this site as £16ph which I’ve only just found since we are now looking for another nanny, so I am extremely disappointed that we have been charged more by her. Jodie was clearly looking for other work to suit what she really wanted with a family (unfortunately messages came up on my Facebook newsfeed from groups so that was very disheartening to see after we’d offered her the position) and we feel let down that she was not honest with us from the outset. We rejected her nursery place last week, offering Jodie (who was made aware of this) complete certainty about her position with us. I asked her in writing over the weekend to commit to us and not seek alternative work because I had seen posts on Facebook and her response was that she was juggling many opportunities and needed to do the best for herself. She then wanted a probationary period, but by this point we’d already offered her a permanent part time position with us, so I was completely surprised by this. Especially given previous in person conversations with her. As such, we decided to terminate any and all future engagement with Jodie because she was unable to commit to us as a family and of course all families need certainty with their children. As a result of all the above, I could not recommend her as a nanny to other families given this entire experience with her.
Diana is an angel! She helped me so much with my daughter from the very beginning. I don't know how I would have done without her and always felt my child was in good hands. Even in those periods when my daughter was unsettled or difficult, Diana managed to create a joyful and peaceful atmosphere. Being very experienced with babies and small children, Diana manages perfectly any situation. Diana is very respectful, smart, uncomplicated and has a beautiful soothing voice. I have always been happy with her and she always makes me feel relaxed while I am away, sending me the right amount of updates and pictures. She loves children and take the best care of them. My daughter is always super happy to be with her!
I am writing to highly recommend Serhia as a nanny. Serhia has been taking care of my daughter, Aurelia, and she has consistently demonstrated exemplary qualities that make her an outstanding caregiver.
Serhia is always on time, which has been incredibly important for our family's schedule. She is trustworthy and reliable, ensuring that Aurelia is safe and well-cared for at all times. Additionally, Serhia is very friendly and approachable, which has helped to create a warm and positive environment for Aurelia.
My daughter has truly enjoyed her time with Serhia. They have engaged in various activities together, and I have seen Aurelia grow and thrive under her care. Serhia’s ability to connect with children and make them feel happy and comfortable is truly commendable.
I wholeheartedly recommend Serhia for any childcare position, as she has proven to be a responsible, kind, and dedicated caregiver.

Cyma looked after my youngest daughter. Cyma was amazing with her and sent me photos every time she looked after her Cyma was a total professional and always communicated updates of their time together. My daughter is now ready for nursery but we will both miss Cyma very much and can highly recommend her for anyone looking for a nurturing environment for their little one.

I’ve honestly never come across a babysitter like Anika, she’s such a natural with children and my 4 year old daughter who is shy when meeting new people was chatting away to Anika when I went to pick her up. Anika responded instantly when I messaged online and was incredibly warm and so helpful from the first conversation. Planning, organisation and punctuality was impeccable as she even arrived before me at our public meet up.
I wouldn’t have been able to make my meeting if it wasn’t for Anika as it was a last minute booking. I was so nervous finding a babysitter online for the first time online but my worries went away the minute she messaged me. I’m currently going through a family breakdown when it comes to support, it was so lovely
to meet someone who genuinely cared about my daughter and I. Es feeling seen and supported as I no longer have family support. Sade is so lucky to have Anika as her regular babysitter now. I feel so at ease now focusing on my career after a break having multiple daughter. Thank you again Anika!
