Louisa worked for us as a sole charge nanny in 2015, looking after my 2 and 4 year olds. She was reliable, trustworthy and fantastic with the children. She would cook them nutritious food, often trying new things, and arrange fun (and free!) days out with them, and always used her initiative to find interesting things for them to do.
