My name is Lisa Dempster Bruce and I am an fun friendly reliable nanny with over 18 years experience working with children between the ages of newborns and 10 year old including three sets of twins, all my job have been sole charge with extra work including babysitting, overnights, weekends and full weeks away with the children. My Experience
Role 1: feb 2003 - sep 2004
sole charge 4 days a week with boys boys age 2years and 4 months at the start date.
Role 2: nov 2002 - to date
sole charge for 6month old girl at start date babysitting and weekend work, in February 2003 I started part-time nannying for the family. In 2004 when their twin girls were born I went full-time, sole charge nannying for all 3 girls, age 2 1/2 years and 2weeks old due to both parents working, Now the girls are 10years old and 8years old i still babysit and do overnights and weekend for them.
Role 3: feb 2011- to July 2014
sole charge 4 days a week with 3 boys age 4years and 8months (twins) at start date. Due to mums role at work in feb 2013 to will be dropping my hours to 3 full sole charge days a week.
Role 4: Aug 2014- to dated
sole charge night/day nanny for 4month old twin. Meeting all needs of both babies during the day and the night time.
My Qualifications
* GNVQ in social care - Passed with merit
* Diploma in Nursery Nursing
* Understanding the autism spectrum - Pass with the open university
