Our daughter has been in Prem’s care for almost two years. She started there when she was 13 months and only left this summer as she will be joining pre-school in September.
These two years our daughter spent in Prem's care have been amazing and we could have not been any happier with our choice. It was really emotional on her last day, as much for me as it was for my child as we feel like part of the family.
Our daughter has two older siblings who went into nursery and going into childminding territory for our last child was very daunting.
From the first visit when we met Prem and her family, I knew our daughter will be in very capable hands. Not only Prem has demonstrated a very robust safeguarding process, she was kind, generous and welcoming and our daughter instantly warmed to her and felt at home.
In the time she has been in Prem’s care, she has become more and more independent, encouraged by Prem to carry out everyday tasks such as washing hands, taking her shoes off and putting her coat away. Prem was also really supportive when she was potty training.
Prem has encouraged her creativity and learning through all sort of themed and seasonal arts such as pumpkin painting or creating a Diwali rangoli with glitter. She is always so proud of her creation and excited to show them to us.
Our daughter social skills have also been nurtured through various encounters whilst playing at toddlers’ groups or meeting up with other childminder’s children.
She has grown into this lovely, clever, and confident little girl and this is all thanks to the love, support and attention Prem pour into her whilst in her care.
She is always happy in the morning when she gets ready as she knows she will be going to Prem and she says beamingly “I am going to Prem Prem today”.
Prem is an extremely qualified childminder, very organised, knowledgeable, loving, and diligent who creates a safe environment for children to flourish. She deeply cares for the children in her care and nourishes them with all the attention a parent would give.
You can only feel lucky to find a childminder like Prem to look after your child!

Premila has been a superb childminder for both of my girls. My eldest has just left to attend pre school but my youngest still attends. Premila is extremely supportive of the girls and me. She was so helpful when I had my youngest and looked after my eldest for longer hours at the last minute and even came to collect her from my house when I was trying to feed my baby.
Both girls adore going to Prem’s house and really enjoy the varied activities that they do. I’m always kept up to date with how they are on how they are progressing. I totally trust Premila when she has my children and that is what I was looking for with a childminder. She is both extremely professional but also caring and I know she honestly cares about the girls and enjoys their company.
Both my girls settled in extremely well there and slept, eaten and played well. I am extremely happy with the service provided.

Prem has provided childcare for our daughter for the last 7 years, before and after school. She has also provided child-care services for some full days, on an ad hoc basis, during the school holidays.
She has supplied a comfortable and safe environment for our daughter that has proven to be reliable, dependable and enjoyable. When covering full days she looks for varied places to go and fun things to do. She is keen to encourage arts and crafts, especially for the younger children, and takes time to link them to creating items for notable dates, eg Easter, Mothers Day, Halloween etc.
If requested, she will help supervise our daughter with homework tasks, in order to make efficient use of after school time.
Prem provides evening meals which consist of healthy home cooked foods and include some delicious curries, of which our daughter has become particularly fond.
We have previously recommend Prem’s child-care services to friends, who have also been pleased with the care given.
We have recently ended our contract only due to our daughter now being at Secondary school and no longer requiring the same levels of supervision, but would be very happy to suggest and recommend Prem to others requiring childcare.

We have had Prem as our Childminder for our daughter at Keephatch since 2016 to 2019. I could not recommend Prem highly enough. My daughter has always been more than happy with Prem and in fact sometimes wanted to stay longer! . She offers a clean and safe environment for the children. Whilst I was pregnant with our second child Prem pulled out all the stops during the latter part of my pregnancy and having a newborn she was a massive support and I don't know how we would have coped without her to assist more with our daughter. She has helped thereafter with our son on an ad-hoc basis who is 18 months now when he wasn't at nursery. Prem is kind, very helpful to parents and always gives a good amount of notice with dates she is unable to do. We are only stopping having Prem look after our daughter due to my husband and I working shift work and it is with a heavy heart to make that decision. Otherwise we would not have stopped. If you are looking for a Childminder I would highly recommend Prem as one of the best!

Premila is an outstanding carer and my 3 year old son has thoroughly enjoyed going to her and has grown in confidence during his time with her. She gives a warm and friendly environment and he was always happy and settled in her home.
He enjoyed a mix of activities with her both indoors and outdoors such as crafts, park visits, playground and toddler groups. I received a daily diary and photos of everything they'd been up to during the day which was lovely. He also enjoyed mixing with the slightly older kids that she looked after, after school.
We only stopped using Prem due to my son starting nursery full time, but I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone thinking of using her :)

My children were looked after by Premila for 5 years, from Reception to Years 4 and 2. They only left due to a change in our family circumstances.
They were always extremely well looked after and cared for. Premila allowed them to treat her home as their own - they had a wide range of toys available to play with. She also encouraged them to participate in craft based activities, particularly around different times of year / festivals (e.g. Diwali, Hallowe'en, Christmas, etc). They had a good outdoor space to enjoy when the weather is dry - again, with equipment to play with. She took them on interesting and educational day trips when she looked after them during school holidays.
I was always given feedback on how they had been, any issues from school, what they have eaten, etc.
Premila was also flexible and able to accommodate any changes to my working hours at short notice.
I was always very happy with the care they received at Premila's and would highly recommend her to any parents looking for a childminder.

Premila looked after both my children at one time or another between September 2010 and July 2015. Premila's experience and caring nature helped both children settle in quickly. They both made friends with the other children in her care and enjoyed their time there. Premila took them to different playgroups, parks/playgrounds, softplay centres etc or organised activities with other childminding friends to celebrate different festivities.
She is organised, professional and a good communicator, providing sufficient notice for holidays and medical appointments and always trying to be accommodating/flexible when needs change.

Premila looked after our only son for over a year. Our experience with Prem was outstanding. She was extremely supportive and took great care of our child. Our son was happy, well cared for and he always found his day a lot of fun. More importantly, he learnt new skills and was amongst a group of very happy children at Prem's playgroup. The children had fun and educative activities in her care and there was a very healthy mix of indoor and outdoor activities.
I have no hesitation to recommend Prem as a childminder. She is an outstanding carer and I am certain that she will provide excellent support to any child in her care.

Premila looked after our daughter for a year from the age of 10 months. From the beginning, we were impressed with Premila's professionalism and how she was happy to work with our daughters’ routine. She has been very flexible with my changing work patterns and always gave us plenty of notice of her own annual leave. My daughter was extremely happy with Premila and I always felt at ease leaving her, knowing she was well cared for. Premila provided a wide range of acitivites and gave our daughter the opportunity to socialise with children of a wide range of ages, something she has enjoyed greatly. Sadly as we are moving out of the area we can no longer use Premila as a childminder, but I would have no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone.

We have used Premila to look after our two year old for the last year. He has been generally happy and settled, and gets taken to a range of activities. She takes the time to keep us informed, is very flexible and provides comfort to our child when needed. Overall we have been very satisfied with the care she provides.
