Did not show up for arranged in person interview

Anne contacted me about my job and we arranged a phone interview which went well. We then arranged to meet the next day, and she messaged me to say she couldn't make it and could we meet on the weekend. We set a time and then she never showed up or messaged/text to let me know why. All comms went silent even when I asked if she had issues finding my place. I found this very rude and unprofessional as I had arranged the whole morning with my children around meeting Anne. I think reliability and communication are the two most important qualities when looking for childcare and I am disappointed to say Anne had neither.
