Lucie has been babysitting for us since October 2016 and I can not recommend her enough.
Lucie has a natural caring nature and our two boys (aged 5 and 11) love spending time with her.
She is very reliable, punctual, caring and great fun - our boys jump for joy when they know Lucie is babysitting - we are lucky to have found Lucie and look forward to seeing a lot more of her :)

Lucie has been working for us for just over a year and I don't have a negative word to say about her. She originally took care of my youngest son 1 day per week starting when he was 3 months but now looks after both my sons (3years & 15mos) 1 day per week. Lucie is very reliable, honest and hardworking. She is always punctual and ensures she does a full handover before leaving. Both my boys adore her and she is a complete natural with them. Being local to the area, she is confident driving (and is insured on our vehicle) and knows about all the local playgroups and soft-play sessions. She is happy to cook for the boys and always leaves the house as tidy (or tidier!) than she found it. She is extremely flexible and often does evening babysitting for us as well. I really have only positive things to say about Lucie and any family she works for would be incredibly lucky to have her.

Lucie has been outstanding for us. She engaged with our two children (age 2 and 5) like no body else and this was clearly as much her warmth and personality as well as years of training and experience.
Lucie showed a great interest in our routines which she quickly adopted in order to provide consistency for our children as well as showing enormous interest in them as little people.
She played with them, fed them and bathed them and during that time, made special consideration for our sons allergies and our daughters fear or strangers.
Lucie is now a regular part of our childcare plans and has grown into a friend.

We've had Lucie take care of our 3 month old child during the evening. She connected very well with the baby. She was very professional and we were very reassured to leave the baby with her.
We will certainly be hiring Lucie again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic babysitter.

What we'd do without her? Since meeting Lucie she has helped us out, whenever she can, sometimes at a moments notice and we can't be more grateful for all she does for us as a family. Lucie continues to give many tips and advice on child related issues which are of inestimable worth and always work. We are first time parents and our son is now 16 months old. When a friend recommended Lucie to help us with sleep training, she was worth her wait in gold and has been of enormous help. Our son took to her immediately and we feel very blessed to have come across her. Book this lady for whatever childcare needs you have. She is simply amazing!

Lucie has been working for my husband and I during the day at weekends since May, 16. We have a 4 year old daughter and an 11 month old son. My husband and I have recently started up our own business which involves seminars at the weekends so we needed to find someone local who we could count on and trust in our absence. Lucie was just the lady and we've been exceptionally happy with the care she provides for us. Our children love their fun times with Lucie. Our 4 year old gets very excited when I tell her she's coming over and our 11month old has grown to have a very close bond with her. When we leave in the morning, we know we can get on with our job without any distraction and don't need to worry about a thing when Lucie is here. I met a number of candidates for the position and with Lucie I know we found a very caring and genuine professional who is brilliant at her job. She is always punctual but more importantly we trust her implicitly.

Lucie has looked after my 2.5 year old little girl on a number of occasions now during the day and also some over nighters. It's a very daunting time leaving your child with someone and I'm yet to find anyone else who comes close to Lucie. She had a natural winning way with my little one from the outset and with us as parents also. Her warm demeaner and enthusiasm instantly drew me to her and from the very beginning I felt totally at ease with her. She has excellent references and is highly experienced and its It no wonder she appears like such a pro when it comes to caring for my little girl. She is clearly gifted and passionate about her career and is a most pleasant, open and kind young woman with a totally winning way with toddlers. I will continue to use her invaluable services for as long as she is available... Hopefully until college starts!! :) - thanks Lucie. You are wonderful with Elsie and she loves her special times with you. Come back soon! x

My husband and I met Lucie last night and thought she was absolutely lovely. She came over to meet my twin girls of 7 months to potentially start working for us on the odd evenings here and there to give us a bit of our lives back. As a first time mum of two, I've found it really hard to trust another person to look after the girls other than their grandparents but we can't rely on them all the time, so after a lot of persuasion from a good fiend who has a nanny, I finally bit the bullet and went on my search. - Lucie was great! We spent an hour and a half with her, (which she didn't charge us for) and felt so confident by her natural way with the girls, that we popped out for a couple of drinks and left her in our home there and then. we have already booked up Lucie to come and look after our babies again and look forward to working with her in the very near future. Thanks Lucie!!

Lucie came to me through childcare.co.uk back in June this summer. She looked after my 6 month old baby girl and my 6 year old step son whilst I had to go away at short notice. I found her to be incredibly passionate and and knowledgable about her job. She is highly professional and confident and asked lots of questions relating to our little ones. I immediately warmed to her as did the whole family. More importly my baby (who I was most concerned about due to her age) bonded with her straight away and after checking out her wonderful references and leaving her in my home to care for my 2 children, I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
We have since refered her to our family and friends and they have all been delighted with her. She has a natural way with little people and with us as parents. We will continue to use her as a trusted child carer.
