Excellent childminder

We left our search for a childminder a little bit late before having to travel in June this year (2022). We found Sharleen and started a dialogue about getting our little boy in with her. Sharleen was open with us and gave us fair options to secure our place with a deposit or contact her once we were back from holiday to see if she could still take him on. We were ecstatic to find that Sharleen had space once we came back and we were booked in to start within two days. Three months on and we are really happy with how Sharleen looks after our little boy. We get updates about the adventures they have, the fun creative things they do and all the important bits in between. We really appreciate her feedback in how our little guy is getting on, and couldn't be happier with the job she is doing.

Communication and settings

I’ve been worried about finding the right childcare setting for my little one. Sharleen has been very responsive from the minute I a sent her a message and talking me through her childcare settings.

I’m really sad to let my little one go, but feeling confident and excited that he is with someone who is passionate about working with children. I look forward to hearing about his days out and play time.

Bad communication

Bad communication, very money oriented refused to honour the original first come first serve protocol. Passive aggressive undertone wouldn’t recommend
