I have used Natalie for 3 years now; my son from 13 months to 3.5 and my daughter from 12 months to just turned 2.
Both my children have had the best starts thanks to Natalie and her amazing care. She is totally child focussed and does the best days out like Rendlesham Forrest, Needham Lake, local farms and even the play bus when it was running pre covid.
Natalie’s house is like a home from home and my daughter runs in without a backwards glance!
The only reason we are taking my daughter out earlier than planned is because my husband has moved jobs and it was a really hard decision we did everything to avoid because amazing childcare is hard to find. We will all miss Natalie

I decided to go back to work after about two and a half years of being with my daughter. In that time, I never really left her with anybody so that was a bit of a difficult time for me.
Natalie made things a lot easier for me. She has been wonderful from day one, always having words of reassurance.
Macy really likes going to Natalie's home because she loves playing with her daughter and the other children there. There is always lots of fun activities and Natalie often takes them to parks, farms and so many other nice places for kids.
I truly believe that Macy considers Natalie like part of her family, and I am so pleased that she is happy with the choice I made.
I always know what she has been up to since Natalie writes everything in this lovely notebook at each session. My partner and I enjoy reading it and we, of course will keep it as she gets older.
Macy also goes to school so Natalie has been a great help taking her to school and picking her up when I was unable to do it.
I can honestly say we have found such a wonderful childminder and a good friend. I can't even put in words how great Natalie has been this year, and I definitely would recommend her.

Natalie is an excellent childminder.
Ruby was a fairly clingy baby so I expected the first few sessions to be difficult. However, they extended far beyond a few days of crying, into literally weeks of unsettled behaviour (constant crying, refusing to feed, etc). This period of time took its toll on everyone, but not only did Natalie cope amazingly with Ruby, but also with me too (I had a few weepy sessions too!). Showing patience and reassurance she managed to work through those very tough weeks whilst still providing quality care to the other children.
Ruby is now a sociable, happy and content child. She enjoys going to the playgroups that Natalie takes her to, and looks forward to her time there. I believe this is down to Natalie’s hard work and quality care.
As a mother with a tendency to worry and panic over things I still need reassurance about new situations, and Natalie is more than happy to do this. I really appreciate her patience with this!

Natalie started looking after my little girl 7 months ago when she was 18 months old and she hadnt had much contact with other children and wasnt interested in talking but because of Natalie and her little girl Chloe, Lyra interacts with other children well and is always trying to kiss and cuddle them! Her speech has come along really well its now impossible to stop her talking!
Natalie kept a diary for Lyra with everything she has been up to for the day and she also kept a learning journey full of pictures and handprints which kept us up to date with Lyras development!
Natalie fills the days with lots of fun activities and takes the girls out alot to parks, soft play areas and toddler groups.
While lyra has been with Natalie i have never had any problems or concerns, lyra loves going and i would definately recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder.
