About Us
Our school is in a semi-rural setting at the heart of the Claydons, within easy reach of Buckingham and the surrounding villages. We have approximately 170 pupils ranging from 4 to 11 years old. We also have a thriving nursery for children from 2 and a half years old (2 years old with funding).
We have wonderful grounds and plenty of space for outdoor learning opportunities. There is a variety of play areas and equipment, as well as a large playing field. We have an outside amphitheatre and a gardening area for our Key stage 1 and Early Years pupils. Steeple Claydon Children's Centre is also within the school grounds.
We were rated securely Good in our most recent Ofsted and are on the path to Outstanding.
We are in the catchment area for Good and Outstanding secondary schools, including The Royal Latin school and The Buckingham School. We aim to prepare children to reach their maximum potential no matter which route they take.
Our Childcare Provision
Our school hours are 8.45am - 3.15pm (KS1) and 3.20pm (KS2). We also offer competitively priced wrap-around care everyday from 8am - 8.45am and 3.15- 6:00pm, as well as a wide range of extra-curricular Enhancement Clubs both during and after school which include cross country running, drama, music, football and cookery to name but a few.
