About Me
Hi, My name is Eleanor & i'm 40. I have been a registered Childminder for 10 years with many more years experience with children previous to becoming registered.
I offer after school care from Crindau Primary and Nanny care also. I offer a home from home environment offering safe, secure care at my setting, with lots of toys and activities for your little ones to play with as well as a large secure garden. My main aim is for the children to be having lots of fun, and learning through play.
I live with my husband, little girl who's 6 & little boy that is nearly 1, In a semi detached house with a large outdoor play area.
I love to be active and encourage this with all children at my setting & like to go on lots of walks & try to get out most days on trips, to the Park, Play Centres, soft Play, Play groups, Farms, Beach, Walks, Zoo, & activity days.
From the age of 6 months old, I introduce basic sign language to the little ones, this enables children to communicate effectively & lowers frustration levels in younger children by giving them a means to express themselves before they know how to talk. I also like to introduce gentle kids yoga which the kids really enjoy doing.
