About Me
I am a qualified nursery nurse with experience of working as a sole charge nanny, with children from 4wks - 12yrs. Previous to this I also worked in a nursery where I was baby room supervisor.
I have been nannying in Bearsden, Milngavie and the West end of Glasgow with different families for several years. I have been with my current family for over 4yrs, sadly my job is finishing as the youngest child is starting nursery.
I would be responsible for providing the best possible standard of care and education for the children. I like to ensure the environment is stimulating, interesting, safe and secure at all times.
I like to get out and about to playgroup, book bug, jo jingles and any other age appropriate class for the children in my care. I think it’s very important for the children to mix with other children and get outside to play in the garden, parks or go for walks.
When indoors we would do baking, arts and crafts, painting, playing with toys and reading books. I encourage the children to have free play as a way of developing their imagination.
I have a full, clean drivers license and my own car with business insurance, which allows us the freedom to go to museums, soft play and other interesting places further afield.
I am happy to do school/nursery drop off and pick ups.
I am a very reliable, trustworthy and conscientious person. I’m a non smoker.
