About Me
Hi my name is Hilary Beckley and I am an Ofsted registered childminder in Bexley Village
I received an OUTSTANDING grading from Ofsted on inspection which was SEPT 2018.
SPACES AVAILABLE FROM September 2024 CURRENTLY ARE;
3 space for 0 to under 3,s Monday Tuesday and Wednesday
I run my setting from a non smoking,family environment, I really enjoy my days with the children helping them to learn and develop like I did with my own when they were young.
My setting tends to be full of music and fun and we are Disney mad.
The close proximity of another childminder(4 doors down) is beneficial should an emergency occur as we easily cover each other's children and the children are familiar with the two of us so there's no unnecessary anxiety with parents or the children.
The children are all well cared for and seem to thoroughly enjoy their time with me.
The parents are kept well informed of their childs' day, by message or online system ( photos sent to their phone, as our day unfolds).
I have been on the other side of the fence and had my first born minded so I completely understand how finding the right childminder is vital to any family and to enable parents to go to work with an easy mind that their child is completely safe, nurtured and well cared for.
My Eldest daughter is a primary school teacher at Old Bexley School.
I have a lovely natured red fox labrador called Copper who is incredible with the little children and so gentle...Its nice for children to learn to respect animals and he is perfect for that purpose.He has also helped unbelievably with children who are nervous of dogs as he is so gentle and kind.

My Experience
I was a fully trained qualified Chef and I used to work in the Royal Household at kensington Palace so you can be sure of nutritious,hygienically prepared meals.,I have worked in Holy Trinity school and volunteered in the past as a Parent helper in Old Bexley Primary school.
I am experienced with Diabetes as my son has this,and Asthma as one of my minded children and my husband have this.
I have been childminding now for 18 years.
My Qualifications
I have numerous city and guilds catering qualifications,but with regard to childminding I have an nvq3 in childcare learning and development, and I have recieved certified training in makaton sign language,paediatric first aid ,early years foundation stage ,and safeguarding children I am also on the various registers for this, together with me and my family being enhanced CRB checked.I am also CRB checked for Old Bexley School.
My Availability
MONDAY TUES,WEDS. 7.30 to 5.30/6.00
I currently do school runs to UPTON Primary school on a Wednesday . I’m taking on an assistant from Sept 2024 and who ever Signs up a school run
First will be the other school run that we can offer . I will advise on my profile as soon as I know .

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
£70.00/day which includes 3 MEALS A DAY AND SNACKS and finishing at 5.30 to 6pm.
Before and after school rates variable.
Part time places are from £8.50/hour with minimum charge £25.50
