About Me
Hello! My name is Cerys Grant and I am a primary school teacher who has been qualified since 2014. I thoroughly enjoy my job and want to help children achieve their very best and love learning. Being a teacher, I have access to many resources to help children have fun whilst making progress.
I am willing to travel to your home so that your child feels as comfortable as possible.

My Experience
My experience in teaching has been in year 2, year 1 and Early Years. I am able to tutor children in any area of the curriculum that you would like, however have a particular passion for Maths.
I have a degree in Primary Education, as well as A Levels in Maths, Music and Sociology.
As well as being a primary school teacher, I also have a passion for music. I am a pianist and have a Grade 8 qualification. I am more than happy to offer 'beginner piano lessons' as part of my services, if this is something you and your child are interested in.
I can also babysit if that’s something you’re after, again, evenings (once my husband is back from work) or weekends, unless you’re happy for my little ones to be around then any time that suits!
My Qualifications
BA (hons) with QTS in Primary Education - this was a three year degree level course to become a primary school teacher. I studied at Canterbury Christ Church University.
I also hold a grade 8 certificate in piano so am happy to teach early learner piano.
My Availability
At the moment I have no availability but I will have more in September 2023.
