Qualified up to level 3 in childcare possessing valuable experience of working with children between the ages of 3months – 16 years. With a passion for child development I like to keep up to date with developments in early years care and education. Seeking a fast pace work environment where I can use my current skills and knowledge and develop them further.
My Experience
I studied levels 1, 2 and 3 in childcare at Guildford college for four years which I thoroughly enjoyed! I also attended a lot of placements with different aged children over the 4 years. I have a lot of experience with special needs children as well as mainstream children. I hold an NVQ level 3 in childcare and I enjoy caring for children all different ages weather it be babysitting or being your home nanny. For 3 years I was a room leader of a baby room and a deputy manager in a nursery setting.
I have been a nanny for a family of 3 children for 2 years youngest being 7 months and eldest was 10, I left In December 2018 due to the family no longer needing a full time nanny.
Nanny experience with after school care for 3 girls ages 7 year old twins and a 9 year old, taking them to clubs , helping with homework, spelling and reading and also cooking there dinner and bed time routine including bathing, sorting bags ready for school the following day and story time.
Nanny experience 4 days a week sole charge of the youngest who was 10 months when I started and is now turning 2 and the older child being at school , my role includes school drop off and pick up, attending classes with the youngest , baby gym, football, swimming and others.
Many other nanny experiences which came to an end due to the children growing up and the family no longer needing a nanny.
