About Me
Hi my name is Michelle, i am married with 3 older children, I enjoy keeping fit and spending time with my family, I love my job and take pride about what I do. I have more than 20 years childcare experience. I live in Hopton on Sea , with a downstairs toilet, quiet room, playroom, secure outside garden with outside play equipment. I drive a 7 seater car, with car seats are age and stage appropriate. My last Ofsted inspection I was graded 'Outstanding' in all areas. I provide a fun, safe, educational, stimulating environment where the children thrive and make lots of friends, but also in a home based environment, being local to the children's pre-schools, schools, toddler groups in their local familiar

With their families too. I accept childcare vouchers, I also offer the free 2 year and 3/4 year government funding.
My Experience
My last Ofsted inspection i was graded 'Outstanding' i currently accept the 30 hours government funding the term after your child turns 3, I have plenty of experience, I have been working with children for many years,
I have been a childminder for 13 years. I have more than 20 years experience, i continually reflect on my practice and attend courses. I provide a safe and stimulating environment, I am registered with Ofsted, we go on outings, I follow the EYFS for the under 5's, with plenty of experiences, crafts, role play. All of my downstairs Is used for minding, I have a rest room, playroom, conservatory. Downstairs toilet and a safe and fun garden.
My Qualifications
I am level 2 and level 3 qualified in childcare
I have paediatric first aid
Food hygiene
Safeguarding
Ofsted registered
CRB checked and assistants
I am able to accept government funding
Continual professional training attended on a regular basis
My Availability
My daughters are also registered assistant, they have paediatric first aid, food hygiene , safeguarding, DBS checked and other relevant courses attended.
