Hi,
My name is Ripa. I am a fully qualified Level 3 Primary School Teaching Assistant, I am currently working as a teaching assistant ( Level 3) in a SEN secondary school. I have experience working with children with special needs in primary schools or sometimes as a regular teaching assistant in classroom.
In the past I had been working through a agency, therefore have worked in various schools, nurseries and sure start centres which I have learnt different skills and experiences.
I am a highly motivated individual with an ambition to succeed and provide excellent care for children. under my care and supervision. I thrive on challenges and like to accomplish goals using my own initiative. I am calm and confident when put under pressure and very creative and dedicated when given new goals in my life. I am a self motivated and committed person who is hard working and eager to learn new skills and make myself better. Am a friendly and approachable person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to accept responsibility and work on own initiative, with a full understanding of the importance of working hard and meeting the children and parents individual needs. I am a reliable and conscientious, with the ability to maintain a consistently high standard of quality work. I am also Bi-lingual; fluent in Bengali and English. Furthermore I have a three valid CRB records which I can provide.
I can provide fun and educational activities, a routine (timetable) to suit the children and parents needs to help adjust children to feel safe and secure in my care. I’m also a qualified tutor, I can help with homework’s, further their learning at home and increase their confidence to help towards their strengths at school.

My Experience
I am a teaching assistant (Special Education Needs) currently i am working with children with Autism in secondary schools and I also have experience with primary school aged children. I have worked with children from newborn up to 15 years old.
I have a non qualified teaching tutoring certificate.
I have also worked with children with cerebral palsy and downs syndrome in primary schools. By working with children with various special needs I have the experience and knowledge to extend my service and meet individual needs of parents/children.
I have 12 years of experience working with children in private nurseries, primary schools and sure start centres.

My Availability
School Holidays I can provide childcare service any time and any days.
I can also do bank holidays and any other school holidays. As long as I am informed beforehand.
If parents would need me to start earlier or finish a bit more later I would consider depending the times as I do not what the times to clash with my first job (teaching assistant) in the daytime.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
My charges are very affordable and it is this price as I provide excellent, first rate childcare service as you can see from my childcare experiences and qualifications.
I would happy to negotiate prices with parents if there are any concerns with the prices, I will accommodate to the parents financially needs as the best I can.
