About Me
My name is Louise and I live in Heaton Mersey with my husband of 23 years, my 16 year old son Oscar, my 14 year old daughter Poppy and our adorable pet pug's Darcie and Dottie. I have been an Ofsted registered childminder since 2014.
I live close to Thornfield park (ideal for picnics!). The local shops, schools, playgroups and libraries are all just a short walk away.
I have a fully enclosed rear garden with plenty of toys for the children to play with. As a keen gardener I encourage the children to plant and grow their own seeds, herbs and plants. We also have a separate playroom which is bursting with toys.
I provide a fun, safe, caring and stimulating environment for children and plan activities covering one or more of the 7 areas of learning. I'm constantly updating my training and have successfully completed the CYPOP5 training course with Stockport council, the level 3 award in paediatric first aid training and 'Safe Guarding' and 'The 7 areas of Learning' courses to name but a few. I have also completed my level 3 diploma in children's and young people's workforce.
