About Me
My name is Pam Cooke and I'm a OFSTED registered childminder. I live in Erdington.
Your child would be welcomed into a friendly, safe and clean environment. I pick up from the local school and nursery. I take children to different playgroups within the local area. Within the 30 years of childminding I have looked after many children in my road, I have built up my business on a good reputation of childminding over the years.
My Experience
I have 30 Years Experience working with all different age groups from 3months to 12 years. I have 20+ excellent references available to see in my portfolio. I also create learning journals on each child, to see their development.
My last OFSTED inspection September 2018, the outcome was GOOD.

I attend regular training and meetings to keep up to date

My son and daughter both were looked after by Pam and I have no complaints at all. Pam cared for them like they were her own and communicates effectively with parents. She potty trained my children, taught them songs, numbers and colours. They engaged in a variety of activities and attended a baby group on Fridays, amongst walks to the park. The children also talk highly of her daughter and husband. Pam was also flexible with our needs in regards to timings and days. Pam comes highlybrecommended.

Our son has been with Pam since he l started in reception at school and will soon be turning 7. He loves going every day, Pam drops off and picks him up everyday. He has everything he needs and more whilst he is in Pams care. The anxiety of leaving your child is overwhelming, but Pam is literally the best. She gives you daily updates, always a phone call away if you need her for anything and is available in the school holidays to have children. We cannot recommend Pam enough!

Just wanted to leave a review to say just how fantastic Pam is!
My daughter has been with Pam since she was 7 weeks old. She is now a bouncy toddler who is always excited when we pull up outside Pam's house.
Pam has shown a lot of care and attention to my daughter's development and the results are evident. My daughter has grown to become a confident child who interacts well with others and the environment around her.
Pam takes the children off on adventures to the park and playgroup. During the summer they have a supervised bouncy castle in the garden. We receive lovely crafts bits like valentines, christmas cards and paintings.
Pam has supported us through my daughter's milestones like weaning, teething, potty training, stopping dummy use and academic learning.
As working parents we never have to worry about how our daughter is doing as Pam send us daily updates and yearly reports on her progress.
Pam was very supportive and works with parents to find solutions to any difficulties. We are very grateful for the compassion and flexibility that Pam has showed us.
You will know Pam is the right person to look after for your child when you meet her. She is professional and caring.

Both my children have been going to Pam since they were 8 months and 6 months old. When Pam mentions a home from home she means it. Pam treats my girls like part of the family and shows them a lot of love and care. They get the 1:1 attention that I always wanted them too. They have come on so much and Pam supports them and myself every step of the way. Pam is not just a childminder but she has welcomed us all in like part of the family. I am now leaving Pam but only because they will be attending a nursery school closer to where we live. I cant recommend Pam enough and you can be rest assured she will do everything to help your children develop.

Pam is a caring, warm and loving lady. She is an amazing pair of hands to look after my daughter who I would not leave with just anyone. Pam took great care of my daughter. I felt complete trust and confidence in Pam's abilities and I am glad my instincts did not fail me. I knew right away from looking at Pam's picture and profile that she is the one best suited to help mind my 2 year old while I was on a work assignment in Birmingham.
PamCooke is ace and I give her 10/10
