About Me
In July 2022, I was awarded OUTSTANDING by Ofsted. I can provide Excellent References with over 25 years of experience, caring for children from six months upwards and from various cultural backgrounds. I have lived in Chiswick for over thirty years. I am married and have a thirty year old daughter. I have carefully planned my childminding setting, which is the entire Ground Floor comprising a large playroom, kitchen and cloakroom to provide a fun, safe and stimulating environment. I enjoy working with children - nurturing & encouraging them to develop and reach their milestones in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. I am extremely well organised, using management skills from my previous career and building a good working relationship with parents. I have a qualification in Early Years Care & Education.
My Experience
I am a Registered Childminder with experience in a Montessori School, as a Nanny and childminding capacity. I have assisted children with their Entrance Examinations for various Prep Schools. I also have experience and knowledge to support families with Twins. I encourage development & learning through play & discovery, helping children to explore their environment and build on their gross & fine motor skills. I provide home cooked, nutritious meals and encourage children to eat foods from all cuisines. Ofsted Number - upon request.
My Qualifications
I have an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Care & Education and valid Paediatric First Aid certificate. I attend training courses and webinars to update my knowledge.
My Availability
The Setting is open from Monday to Thursday - 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
