About Me
My name is Jennifer-I am a 34 year old mother of two boys. I have a lovely teenager and a happy little 2 year old boy.
I am a happy, friendly and sociable person who can adapt to all situations and work within a wide range of environments.
I am very active, enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with my family.
I have over 10 years full time and sole charge nannying experience with newborn babies through to teenage years.
I previously worked in finance but my true passion lays in childcare and this gave me the courage and drive to move in to this area of work. I believe I am great with children and have had a great relationship with all the families I have worked with.
In my most recent roles I have had the opportuinty of bringing along my youngest son Teddy which has worked fantastically well and am ideally looking to have this option in my next role- not everyday as I have plenty of childcare available with family but would definitely want the option of being able to.
My Experience
I have over 10 years full time nanny experience from newborns to teenage years. I have worked with families of one child and others with up to four siblings-I am totally comfortable and able of having multiple children in my care.
I Have just finished a fantastic full time maternity cover position (boy-3 girl-6) In Hutton of which my Son Ted came along on most days- the children are now great friends!
I am now looking for ideally a full time role but would also consider part time for the right family.
I enjoy and am experienced in planning and holding play dates, carrying out the school run and taking and organising children for their after school activities. I am passionate about the children in my cares education and assist with all aspects of homework and learning.
I have experience in planning, shopping and cooking healthy meals for the children and family.
I am completely reliable and can adapt to parenting styles that are preffered by the family.
I was previously a registered foster carer so have undertaken several courses required to become qualified, including Safeguarding of Children, Attachment theory, parent and child foster placements, working together professionally, communicating and recording, safer caring, welcoming children and helping them prepare to leave, managing challenging behaviour and health and safety.

My Availability
I am looking for full time employment but would consider part time for the right family.

Jenny has looked after our two children, aged 4 and 20 months, three days a week for ten months. They have a great time with her and especially like it when her little boy joins them on two days a week. Jenny is kind, patient and caring and we know that they are safe and happy when they are in her care.
