My name is Katie, I am 27 years old, I live in Marlow with my husband.
I can drive and I have my own car, I’ve been driving for 9 years.
I love to be around people, especially children, I find it so rewarding and enjoyable.
I have often been described as a bubbly person. I am good at time keeping, my attendance is good and I work together well in a team. I am enthusiastic to further my progress in caring for children.
I would like to bring to this nannying job, planned activities to encourage the child's development, I would also like to maintain the child's healthy diet by preparing nutritional, tasty meals if needed. It is also very important to me to form a good relationship with the child/children and family so that I can give my best to the job by working together.
My Experience
• 9 years total nannying experience
• 4 years + nannying experience with one family, others a few years
• 1 year in an after school club
• My course I have gained 2 years of childcare experience, in a total of 5 placements with the age range of 0-7 years of age, this was every other week for 4 days. I gained a lot of experience and knowledge from these and enjoyed every one of my placements.
• I helped out in a year 10 class every other week for an hour, this was for me to support 4 students to keep their focus and support their learning and organisation.
• I occasionally do babysitting jobs on the weekend as well.
