Hello my name is Megan, a caring responsible loving fun person with the passion and drive to provide children with the opportinuty to flourish in a safe and respectful environment and to be happy, healthy and well behaved.
I hold several years experience working within early years setting and working by myself as a nanny, Caring and nurturing children from the ages of 4months to 7 years olds. My most recent career responsibility was Nanning full time for a family with two younger children- I was solely responsible for the care and wellbeing of these children. I cooked cleaned and entertained them for countless hours and ensured thy were extending their learning and having fun.
I pride myself with having the ability to work with and support families, I believe we are here to work as a team! Imported factors i am able to provide are:

My Experience
Working primarily withnew born to 7 years olds but i have volunteered to work with all age groups.
My roles I have experience in
* All aspects of social care and day to day management of the children in my supervision;
*Planning setting learning and devlopment goals and tracking development through observation and assessment;
*Understanding and experience of using the EYFS;
*Reporting to parents and seeking to work in partnership with them; and safeguarding the children and consideration of child protection issues.
I have also been Room leader and work at the new Nursery's mandate from management to make improvements and to provide guidance to their staff in order to attain the necessary standard of care for the children.
Im will to do Babysitting for the familys on weekends or stay later after my shift.
My Qualifications
On-going professional development including:
NVQ Level 2
NVQ Level 3 Certificate in Childcare.
GCSE Maths and English.
Level 2 in food hygiene.
Special Education Needs (SEN) training.
Safeguarding training level 2
NVQ including modules in, child and young person development, health and safety, positive environments, social care, equality and inclusion, relationships, paedeatric illness and injury, first aid, safeguarding and welfare, positive behaviour and partnership working in services for child and young people.
DBS check update system.
Computer literate, including skills in word and PowerPoint

UK driver licence and my own car.
