About Me
My name is Susan Gibb and for the last 13 years I have been a nursery nurse working within local authority nurseries and the private sector working alongside children aged between 6 months to 5 years.
I have two grown up boys called Louis 26 years and Jordan 22 years of age, who have both moved out and are starting a new chapter in their lives. I also have 2 grand daughters and a grandson on the way. Steve my partner of 15 years still hasn't put a ring on it. We have a cocker spaniel called Jenson and a fish called Foo.
My Experience
The child care profession is ever evolving so nothing stays the same for long, the way of delivering childcare may change but how children develop does not. Given stimulation, experiences, time to explore, investigate, wallow in play and be listened to are all key components to help babies and young children develop to their full potential.

Higher National Certificate in Child Care and Education
Various Higher National Units in Childcare Management in a Care Settings
