About Me
For the last 2 years I have been a nanny for a family with four children, all under 7 years and including twins. The oldest boy has severe SEN needs so the parents and I have been working with him to assist in his daily life. I am sadly leaving this wonderful family as we are moving house . I was also employed by my local council working with vulnerable children I worked as a Swimming Instructor in Devon, I was the primary mother and baby instructor and also at my local primary school as a TA and MTA.
I homeschooled my children for many years using a Steiner curriculum which took us out into nature for most lessons.
I firmly believe that children are happier and healthier out in open spaces too.
I am a calm,responsible and creative lady and very easy to get along with.
My Experience
I have been a Swimming Instructor for almost two years working with Mothers and babies through to school age.
I have worked as a TA for a special needs child and also help with school lunch times. I trained as a Montessori Teacher and managed a school in East Sussex.
I have experience with newborns, twins and very busy homes!
I have worked extensively in the UK and South America both as a nanny and using TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language)
I homeschooled my daughters for many years while we travelled around South Africa.
