My Summary

My Experience

With the intention of paying my university studies I did various working activities, gaining great experience in the social care sphere.
During my work experience as a babysitter and elderly care worker I proved to be a dynamic and willing person, dedicating myself with professionalism and competence.

I worked as nanny for rather a year in an English-Italian family to tutor and teach their children. With them I carried out daily activities, playing and learning through exploration, art, reading, nature and outdoor observations!
I had other responsibilities, included accompanying children to school (by car), preparing food and serving refreshments, organizing and storing toys and materials to ensure order in activity areas.
In Birmingham I help the Circle Kids Club, based in Edgbaston, running different type of activities with large and small groups of children.

In Italy I even worked as health educator through the Voluntary National Civil Service. During this period I played an important role during several recreational and physical activities for elderlies:
- reading-group activity;
- simple painting, drawing and handicrafts;
- musical activities and theatre workshop;
- supervised volunteers;
- prepared activity plans and daily reports.
