I have two grown up children of my own, and over twenty years experience in childcare, looking after children of all age and needs. I love children and enjoy their company immensely, I find nothing is more rewarding than taking care of them. I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected and can thrive in. I have exceptional organisational and communication skills, which I believe are among the most important skills for a nanny. I enjoy doing fun activities with the children's I care for. Caroline cared for my four year old daughter on and off throughout last year whilst I was working away from home. She hit the ground running from day one, and bonded with my daughter immediately which put me at ease whilst I was away. Caroline is professional, kind and a joy to be around. I am so very grateful for the time she spent with my small family, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Caroline!
