Hello! I’m a Montessori teacher, I worked in Montessori and Forest School nurseries (4 years), recently as Room Leader; and privately with families (7 years). I have some experience with children with developmental delays or conditions, but I'm not formally trained for it.
I'm calm but also full of energies, I'm gentle but also able to be firm when needed, in the best interest for the children.

We've been working with Eli for a few months now and been very happy with our daughter's progress as she's delayed with speech and motor skills.
Eli is creative, experienced, hard-working, and has lots of positive energy. In addition, my daughter adored her and loves their time together.
We've been working with many nannies in the best but Eli is absolutely the best one we've worked with.

It’s been such a delight to work with Eli. Our son loved her, she has been an excellent communicator, trustworthy, creative, joyful, collaborative and child centred in her approach! She is a gem of a nanny! I highly recommend her.
