Hi parents, my name Issie. I am 20 years old at the University of Bristol as a first year student living away from home.
I graduated from Epsom College with 3A*s in Mandarin, Geography and Philosophy. Studying Philosophy at the University of Bristol is ideal, nonetheless I need a part time job over the months of Summer to fund myself. I am readily available as I am still unemployed, so depending on your requirements, I will be almost entirely committed to working around a schedule that caters for you and your family
After watching my older sister flourish through such a rewarding job, I too am seeking a position as a nanny. I love kids and find nothing other than fulfilment in seeing them grow and flourish.
My Experience
Since September 2016, I have worked ad hoc hours for various families and I am now looking for a more consistent role. I have experience looking after children from ages 2 - 12.
I returned from a trip to Zanzibar where I volunteered teaching English and participating in a community project during my gap year which provided me with a greater recognition of guidance, encouragement, and my teaching skills. Undoubtedly, my involvement in this has propelled both my practice and enthusiasm for working with children.
I am familiar with school drop offs/ pick ups, arranging play dates, helping with homework, preparing healthy meals and bedtime routines.

I am happy to provide tuition or academic help if required.
I hold a full, clean drivers license and have my own car.
I am paediatric first aid trained.

My Availability
I am available to work flexible hours Monday - Sunday upon negotiations as I am looking to work a temporary shift anywhere in Bristol during the week. Ideally seeking between 20 hours per week. One-off babysitting jobs I am more than happy to take to constitute to my savings.

We found Issie through this childcare website and I'm so happy we booked her to look after our 3 kids, B (5 years), B (2.5 years), G (10 months ). Issie is extremely hard working and put in full effort for the whole day.
We took Issie to a BBQ at a friends house which meant whilst there she was looking over 6 children. She did a fantastic job keeping the older ones entertained, but I was most impressed with her attentiveness towards the babies - she was constantly watching them and ensuring they didn't fall or put small things in their mouths etc. In the evening she helped to put my older ones to bed ( 5 years & 2.5 years ) whilst I put the baby to bed. They went down with absolutely no fuss which I was excellent.
Issie is mature way beyond her years. She has a calm, friendly and a very warm demeanor. She is a very worldly and intelligent lady and I highly recommended her! I will definitely be hiring her again.
