Hello families! My Name is Chantal, I’m 22 years old and live in Didcot, Oxfordshire. For the past 6 years I’ve spent my time caring for children of all ages ranging from 4 months - 10 years, which has been greatly fulfilling. I love teaching children new areas of development and encourage them to learn in new and exciting ways! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my partner & dog adventuring new places!
My Experience
I have nannied for 3 different families with children of the ages 1, 3 and 7. One of the children I have nannied for has SEN: Autism and ADHD which has lead me to have great experience in how to care and support their needs. I have 5 years of Early Years experience working in nurseries & pre schools, first as a Nursery Assistant then working my way up to a Nursery Room Leader. In this time I cared for children 4 months - 5 years old. In addition, I’ve had some short work experience in a primary school, caring for children 6 years - 10 years old with SEN.
My Qualifications
I am Level 3 qualified in Childcare, First Aid trained, Paediatric First Aid trained and have a DBS on the update system. I have also undertaken manual handling training with children, safeguarding training and child protection training.
My Availability
I am looking for part time hours, Mon - Fri.
