My Experience
I am currently the Advanced Behaviour Lead at an SEMH school on the Wirral.
I have worked in Education for 10 years and previously to this, was a support worker for SEN children. I am in my 3rd year of University studying Primary Education.
I have experience with an array of disabilities from ASD, ADHD, ODD, to Cerebral Palsy, PEG fed and non-verbal children.
I have got over 10 years experience working with additional needs and some of my duties have been to help children/verbally impaired children with speech, teaching basic makaton, help with personal hygiene (baths, showers, nappies/pads), and the administration of medication either via oral, PEG or topical (trained and qualified in PEG/Micky button feed). Fully CRB/DBS checked. Full Uk driving licence and own car.
