About Me
We are a family of 4 living in Hitchin. We have 2 children. Eva aged 9 and William aged 13. We also have a dog called Thelma.
My Requirements
I am looking for an after school tutor with SEND experience for my 9 year old daughter who is in year four at a junior school in Hitchin. Eva has some mild learning and speech and language difficulties so she finds learning challenging and can lack focus. I am therefore looking for someone who can support her with additional school learning such as phonics, reading and maths. I am looking for someone who is fun and creative as Eva learns and focuses best in this environment with visual learning aids. This role would suit someone who has some early years teaching experience although this is not essential. Support is needed 1-2 times a week in 1 hour sessions either after school / early evenings on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or weekends. Days and times can be flexible. Ideally the right candidate will have a car so they can pick Eva up from school at 3.15pm but this is not essential. Please note that online services are not suitable due to Evas attention so please only apply if you can offer physical services. Please contact me if you are interested.
