About Me
My name is Nicole Mifsud. I'm 27 years old and aspire to open up my own childminding business or nursery once i have finished my level 3.
I have experience working in nurseries with children from 6 months to 5 years and am able to provide activities for any age to develop.
I also have a 5 month old and a 3 year old, so am now very experienced with newborns!
I have had a passion for looking after children and hope to one day be able to run my own business where the children develop key skills and grow every day. I also have experience with primary school aged children with SEN.
I consider myself to be a very bubbly and humorous person while being motivated and stern when needed.
I'm studying my Level 3 in Home-based Childcare which will also teach me some aspects of management. So expect a hard worker!
My Experience
I have previously worked in three nurseries where i have taken on the role of a nursery nurse. Daily activities included greeting/updating parents, planning activities for key children, observing and tracking progress, domestic duties, assisting the children with play and much more.
I also have experience looking after children between the ages of 6 months and 13 years as i have a large family and often find myself looking after them.
I have done a few nannying jobs including school run, helping with homework and cooking.
My Qualifications
I am currently studying my Level 3 Home based Childcare which will be finished by the summer. I also have a Level 3 Pediatric first aid certificate.
