Hello, My name is Stephie and I am a nursery nurse holding a degree in early childhood care and education diploma level 6, approved by UK NARIC. I am kind, caring and patient person who enjoys working with children and help them to improve their development. Recently I became a mother, so I am looking for part time job in day nursery or few hours with a family.
My Experience
April 2017-September 2018:
Nursery nurse Practitioner in UK’s day nursery working with children between 0-4 years old. Good knowledge of EYFS, health and safety, safeguarding and first aids.
April 2015-September 2015:
Six month internship at public day nursery in Kilkis assisting to look after children between the ages of 1 & 4. The main part of my role involves:
Instruct children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toilet habits.
Read to children, teach them simple painting, drawing, handicrafts, and songs.
Organize and participate recreational activities to develop social and emotional skills, physical coordination and motor skills
Set up and pack away items used during the day.
January 2016-February 2017:
Professional child care at home in four different families with children between the ages 1-4, while their parents were at work. I was in charge to keep them safe and secure and also to improve their development and knowledge with fun activities adapted to their age. Preparing their meal and changing nappies when required and helped with baby weaning when was needed.
My Qualifications
Ordinary Degree in Early Childhood, (Diploma Level 6) approved by UK NARIC.
