About Me

Ofsted Registered Childminder offering high quality care in a spacious and clean family home with a beautiful garden and fun play areas.

A range of toys and activities to suit children’s interests are always on offer including sensory play, heuristic play, treasure baskets. The garden is well equiped including a mud kitchen, sand tray, water tray, trampoline and maybe a playhouse in the future.

I work closely with a another childminder and do our outings together, this, along with the groups we attend gives children opportunities to become fimiliar with other adults and build on their social skills, confidence and make lots of friends.

I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to assess and plan for children's individual needs and interest through fun and play based activities but most importantly I pay particular focus on children building a secure and trusting bond with me through warm and loving care and attention through which they later confidently explore their environment.

As well as being ofsted registered, I am on Islington Council's Childminder's Quality Assurance Scheme and get regularly inspected by the Islington Council to ensure I maintain best practice and outcome for the children.

I am based on Dame Street N1 7FR. It is a street property on a quiet road so has easy parking for quick drop off/collection, it is also on the cycle network. Non-smoking household. We have two friendly cats.
