Fantastic service

My daughter has been staying with Nyisha for just over a month now, she is fantastic. Ive never used a childminder before so was worried to begin with but with Nyisha i have nothing to worry about. She keeps me updated throughout the day, when i drop her off she tells me what meals and what there gunna be doimg throughout the day and pick up time she informs me of everything from nappy changes to what she ate. She has an amazing collection of toys and books but also a different selection of bits that shes made herself to amaze the childrens minds. These are the things my daughter always goes to first. I have complete trust in nyisha, her home is warm, tidy and welcoming, and she always cooks healthy meals .my daughter loves her and is always happy on arrival and pick up. I would definitly reccomend her to anyone that needs a childminder.

tried and trusted...very welcoming home!!

I literally have to drag my children away from Nyisha’s home, they actually prefer being there than home.. not a bad reflection on my own home but an amazing testament of the environment Nyisha creates for children in her home.
Besides the vast entertainment opportunities she provides for the kids from playing in the garden to walks in the park to educational fun trips, Nyisha also ensures good behaviour, good manners and ensures children learn about being responsible.
I see how open and welcoming her home is, but I am also very pleased with how my children accustomed to her and her children immediately due to her friendly kind and caring character.
She is accountable, trustworthy, reliable responsible and by far the most professional childminder with whom I have trusted my children.

Great service- highly recommend

Nyisha knows what she is doing, she’s great with kids of all ages and she really connected with my child. He joined the days with her and always joined the activities that she did with him, I must admit he did cry a few times when he had to go home!

It’s really hard for any parent to leave their child but I felt comfortable that my child was left in great care and I would recommend to all parents to leave their child in Nyisha’s safe hands.

She goes above and beyond

Disappointed

I met with Nyisha and got good vibes off her and my little one took to her. We used her service for two weeks and unfortunately she called to terminate it after I expressed how unhappy I was with some aspects of her service. I gave her instructions on my 19 month olds nappy changing routine but she did not follow them as my little one developed a nasty rash which I knew was a direct result of neglecting my instructions. She failed to inform me of the rash till I mentioned it to her and still not admitting to not doing as I asked but will do better in the future. Also on the last childminding service, she mentioned just as I was leaving about a red mark on my little ones mouth. I inspected it on our return home and it was swollen. I asked her what happened as this was certainly not there when I dropped her off. She assured me no accidents happened. So I guess it just magically appeared. Aside from the fact she's good with children from what I have seen, she really needs to improve on her listening skills and follow parents instructions, be honest, and also ask if uncertain about anything. I just find her lack of sharing such important information as very untrustworthy and this is key when leaving any child in the care of a complete stranger.
