About Me
Hi there. I am a Registered childminder and also a Qualified Midwife, I am also recognised by the county council as a quality childminder and on their register which means I I am able to offer the 15 and 30 hours free funding.
I am the mother of 5 wonderful children, however 4 have flown the nest!
We live in the lovely village of Hilton, Derbyshire. We live in a spacious detatched house with a large secure garden which is full of outdoor toys and a purpose built playroom.
We are all non-smokers.
Having worked in the NHS for many years I am aware of the need to be flexible. I have an ofsted rating of good in all areas.

My Experience
I am an experienced midwife and an experienced child carer. As your children are your most important possessions I am able to offer the unique service of being a highly qualified medical professional who is also able to care for your gorgeous baby and/ or children. My midwifery training has enabled me to be highly skilled in paediatric first aid and resuscitation.
I also hold a current food hygiene qualification which enables me to prepare nutritious and healthy food in a safe way for the children in my care.
I have also worked as a teaching assistant which has enabled me to become aware of the learning needs of children and how best to implement them into everyday life. I was also trained in how to manage behaviour positively.
I enjoy an outdoor lifestyle and this is reflected with the children I care for as we venture out most days and this ensures children have fun whilst learning.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
£5.00per hour or £5.50 per hour for term time only. .Breakfast is included but due to the sharp increase in food prices there will be a small charge for lunch and dinner. I am more than happy for you to provide your own food. Babysitting is classed as unsociable hour rate £10 per hour with minimum £30.00 per shift.
