My Experience

I have 19 years experience working with children working mostly in private day nurseries as a team leader/ room leader. Previous deputy manager and 3rd senior in charge experience, taking on lots of responsibilities and experienced different fields in the childcare environment. I have been a key worker to up to 10 key children, carrying out weekly observations and attending to each child’s different needs and working towards the Early years foundation stage to reach each of their milestones.
