Hello, my name is Hannah and I am a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Young lady. I have worked in childcare for over 7 years. I have lots of experience dealing with different people and am able to adapt to different situations. I am confident with communicating over email, phone calls and in person.
I am a quick learner and am able to pick up new things quickly and easily. I have received four promotions whilst working at my current setting, I believe this is because I fully commit myself to my job role and have a strong work ethic.
I am currently Room leader in the preschool room and the Deputy Manager of the setting. I am organised, punctual and trustworthy. Within my room leader role, I have to carry out room meetings and ensure daily tasks are completed adhering to deadlines. I am confident with filing away and working with ICT. I have to confidently handle enquires over the phone and organise dates and events for potential/ existing parents.
I have a large amount of experience with children aged between 3 months and 4 years old and I am able to differentiate activities for the ages to promote their learning. Throughout my career I have gained lots of experience and knowledge about looking after children with medical and allergy requirements and children requiring SEND Support.
My availability to work is Monday to Friday however I am happy to do the occasional evening or weekend when discussed in advance.
I have two dogs who I adore, I spend most of my free time taking them out for walks and finding new places to visit. I also really enjoy going on holiday and exploring new places.
