I’ve been working with and caring for children for the last 8 years, either as my main employment or alongside my university studies (BSc, MSc Psychology). I love getting to know children and young people for who they are as individuals, and always put as much time and effort possible into looking after them in a way that will promote their growth and development and is tailored to their individual needs.
My Experience
I worked as a Child and Adolescent Therapist in the NHS for the last 14 months, and a Youth Activities Coordinator prior to that (July 2019-March 2022). I also have experience as an after-school nanny for two boys aged 5 and 9 and an after-school athletics coach.
Both my parents were teachers so I learned the ropes of childcare quite early on! I’m so grateful that these roles have enabled me to develop the skills and experience to work with children and young people.

- Diploma in Youth Work*

- Child Protection in Sport
- Mental Health First Aid Certificate
- Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism
