About Me
Hi, I am an Ofsted registered childminder in Shoeburyness, I am 44 years old. I have previously been a registered childminder but took time out of childcare to look after my own children. I am married with three children, Joshua 19, Olivia 17 & Sophie 14. We have two cats and a small dog as our family pets. We live very close to local parks, the beach, the library and local shops. Your child will be free to enjoy a home from home environment with lots of toys and outside play, we have a large playroom with lots of light and space for your child to enjoy everyday activities whilst following the EYFS. I will provide home cooked meals, healthy lunches and snacks throughout the day. I am Ofsted registered and also registered with the ICO and Pacey. I hold public liability insurance and have insurance cover for transporting children in my car.
My Experience
I have worked with children for 28 years, gaining experience in a nursery environment, being a private nanny, working at little havens children's hospice (for 7 years), and then a registered childminder. I have experience with children from birth to 18 years. working in these environments have given me lots of experience with children with all different needs. After taking time out of full time work, I become a member of the school kitchen serving hot meals to children on a part time basis. I was a member of my children's primary schools parents association for 12 years organising fun events for children and their families in the community.

My Availability
I will offer childcare, Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, but I do not currently have any full or part time spaces available.
