Hello, I am thirty four and have been nannying for over eight years. I have also had experience working as an assistant deputy manager in a nursery For two years whilst also running the 2-3 year old room. I have had seven years experience working in Nurseries as a nursery nurse and also a teaching assistant in a school for two years in London as well. I have an NVQ Level two, three and four in childcare. I am very active and enjoy helping children to learn and grow as individuals. I grew up in the countryside so I have always been used to the outdoors and lots of outdoor play. I am very organised and enjoy helping children to learn and develop their individual skills in all areas such as literacy, personal social and emotional, maths, english, physical and expressive arts and design.
My Experience
I have had around fourteen years experience working with children. I have worked in a Nursery and school environment and as a nanny and mothers help . I gained the equivalent of an NVQ Level two, three and four in childcare during my experience. I have recently worked in London as a 24/7 hour rota nanny caring for twins and their older sister and organising their schedules and helping them to learn. I have worked in a school where I was a nursery nurse in a reception class. I assisted the teacher in the class room and worked with small groups of children who needed extra help and with children who spoke English as their second language. This has been a great experience that I have really enjoyed and valued. I have found it very rewarding and enjoyable.
During my experience I have helped out as mothers help and as a nanny during some evenings and weekends as well as nannying for the Past five years. This experience has been very rewarding. I took the children on outings and cared for them in their homes and cooked and cleaned and did general duties in the house. I have also been on holidays with the family. While helping out as mothers help I assisted a parent with her three children helping with bath times and putting the children to bed and with meal times. I have worked in a nursery as an assistant deputy manager for two years. I was also the room manager of the Rising pre-school room with up to eleven children a day in my care with a helper.
My Qualifications
I have an NVQ Level two and three in Childcare and an NVQ Level four in childcare that I gained with the Open University. I an also doing a sociology degree that I have been doing in my spare time.

We employed Lottie to look after our 2 children (1 and 4 years) for 6 weeks from January 2017. The kids loved her- and so did we. Lottie was incredibly tidy, always punctual and did imaginative things with the kids. Sadly she had to move away suddenly due to personal reasons. We will miss her but wish her all the best with her future.
