About Me
I would mainly like to offer guidance and advice to families with children, but i am also happy to "babysit", and/or cook. I am very passionate about child development and helping families with children to create a home for children where they can thrive. Having a big family myself helped me to understand the specific needs of each age group and also made me quite resilient and patient concerning expectations we have toward kids. I like creating a quiet, relaxing, heartwarming atmosphere. I like being creative and make things with children. In my opinion children should not be animated all the time though and need to learn and play by themselves, with no screens involved. My background I would describe as holistic, waldorf-inspired and co-creative.
My Experience
Mother of 6 children aged 12-29. Experience with Teenager-related issues as well as handling 3 toddlers at once. Worked in several early years' settings in Germany and UK. Age group: 0-7. Also worked as a french teacher in the 1990s.
My Qualifications
Trained Steiner/Waldorf teacher. Early Years' Education Diploma (Germany). Creative Therapist for children and teenager using art, music and movement ("Zukunfts-Werkstatt", Therapie kreativ, Germany). German-french baccalaureat, Studied Fine Arts in France.
My Availability
I am usually available in the afternoon ( 2pm-7pm).
