About Me
Hi. I'm Gemma, a Fully Qualified & Registered Child minder with the CSSIW & a member of PACEY . I live inbetween Pontypridd & Ynysybwl. I live with my partner Peter of 16 years who is also a registered childminder for the past 6 years and our 4 children aged 19, 16, 10 and 2 year whom all attend full time education except our 2 year old.
I have been registered as a childminder for 10 years and my partner 6 years . Both me and my partner have enhanced DBS(police) checks. I offer full and part time vacancies for short and long term contracted periods which include before & after school periods. The local schools I offer drop off service to are Coedpenmaen, Trallwn, Trerobart and possibly other surrounding schools on request.I also offer emergency care and school holiday care.
My Opening hours are between 8.00am till 5.00pm & can offer some flexibility on these times.
I offer a wide range of activites with the younger children which include Days out to Playgrounds/parks & play centres,Arts and crafts, a large Outdoor play area/garden with large variety of toys/equipment, Quiet time with reading & Cooking.
For the Older children which we class as 8+ we have many Activities offered for them - a pool table, Air Hockey table, DVD player, Laptop, Smart Tablets, Xbox, Wii & PlayStation 3, swings, trampoline and goal posts.

I have had the best experince with caring for children throughout the past. I have had two placements in various creche's and the up-bringing of my own children.
My Qualifications
*Cache level 3 Diploma in home-based childcare.
*Level 3 QCF (Qualifacation in childcare learning and development).
*First aid.
*Level 2 Basic Food Hygiene

Monday to Thursday from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
