I have 6 years’ experience working in a childcare setting as a nursery practitioner. Throughout my career so far, I have built effective professional relationships within multiple agencies. This has proven to be key in adopting a multi-facetted approach to meeting the needs of children along with their families and communities. My experience working in an educational setting, with a range of different children and families, from diverse backgrounds has given me the patience and perseverance which goes hand in hand with scaffolding a child’s development. These past years working so closely with families has further cemented my desire to pursue a career where I am more involved with children and families and their challenges and successes.
My Qualifications
I have a level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education and I have an Upper Second-Class Honours (1st Division), in Child Learning and Development degree, - I will be finishing my last term of my masters degree in Child Psychology in October 2023 at Nottingham Trent University
