About Me

Level 3 OFSTED registered nanny with 10 years experience in working with children from newborn to 12 years.

I am a caring and reliable person who adores children of all ages and believe I am a positive influence. I enjoy being creative when providing children with stimulating activities and love messy sensory play.

I am fun, present and patient but also able to instil boundaries and routines. I will validate children's independence and encourage their curiosity through play whilst ensuring I am extending learning opportunities to promote their development.

As well as caring for children I thrive in being organised. I am able to provide healthy home cooked meals, keep a clean and tidy home and run errands, including but not limited to; grocery shopping, caring for pets, dog walking, school runs and extra curricular activities. So that you can arrive home to happy well fed children and a clean and relaxed home.

I am currently on maternity leave with my first baby Tommy and due to return to work, therefore I am looking to secure my next nannying contract.

I am hoping to find a family who would be happy for me to bring Tommy along as a little friend for your child/ren whilst I provide an extra pair of hands to help with all the needs of your family.

Please feel free to give me a message or a call if I can help with your childcare needs.

My Experience

Private Nanny
October 2019 to October 2022
I worked as a private nanny for 3 years however, my relationship started with this family at my previous childminding setting 5 years ago where I cared for their eldest child. As I grew closer to the family and they really valued my caring nature and fun engaging relationships I had built with their children which lead them to offer me an opportunity to become their nanny.

During my time here I cared and nurtured their 3 children from tiny babies to starting school. At the start their children was 9 months, 2 and 4 years old and I left when they was 4, 5 and 7 years old - this has given me board experience in ensuring I meet all needs of different aged children at the same time.

Key skills:
• Creative and fun
• Loving and calm
• Identifying the needs of children
• Great patience and understanding
• High organisation and multitasker
• Ability to explain clearly and simply
• Organised and time sufficient
• Honest and trustworthy
• Forward thinking and problem solving
• Good communication and listening skills

Childminding
March 2017 to January 2019
I worked as a childminding assistant in a home setting. I successfully built rapport with all parents and children and gained trusting relationships.

I planned and organised daily fun activities which was designed to develop and nurture children development.

I was able to track and promote children development through play by having great experience and knowledge of the Early Years foundation stage framework. This allowed me to extend learning opportunities and create activities to meet the learning needs of different aged children. I particularly enjoyed creative play and messy sensory play.

Senior Childcare Practitioner
November 2014 to March 2017
