Hi there,
I am currently looking for some more part-time childcare work in Plymouth.
I'm looking to find a kind, friendly family to work with. I have worked with kids and babies for 12 years.
I have been looking after a 18 month old baby part-time and have since she was 4 months old, and now look after her and her new born brother, I have lots of experience with newborns and toddlers as well as children up to teenagers. I also worked for two doctors in Exeter, looking after their 3 young children. I worked with this family closely for 3 years, including homeschooling through lock down. I have references from both families. Lastly I looked after a 7 month old baby girl recently. I moved to Plymouth from Exeter last December. So I have lost all my current childcare work, so looking to pick up some more in plymouth.
I have also been a live-in au pair for 3 years. I have lived with 2 families in London and worked and lived with their children, as well as Au Pairing and living in Barcelona, Spain. I was a live-in nanny for about 3 years altogether.
I'm really looking forward to finding a new friendly family in Plymouth.
I have always worked within care with children, babies, disabled adults, and in elderly care homes. I have my own florist business which I work from home as and when I can. I have my own flower beds where I grow all my flowers. I love being outdoors.
A couple of years ago I got onto 'The British Academy of Floral Art' doing my level 2 floristry course. I love being outside and going on adventures. I grow up on a small farm.
I love working with young children, I find it very rewarding.
I've always been very sporty and creative person. I studied Dance and choreography at Falmouth University.
My one down fall is i don't have a car or drive.
My Experience
I have always worked within children, disabilities and elderly. I have been a live-in au pair in London and Barcelona, working with a mixture of ages between very young newborn babies to teenagers. I love my job. previously to this I worked in an elderly peoples home. I have worked with children for 12 years now.
I have been looking after a little baby girl. I have been working with her and her mum closely since she was 4 months old, now her family have made me godmother to their 2nd new born boy. As well as 3 doctors kids i look after in a different family and have worked with them for 3 years. I ahve also worked closely with teenagers from different ages.
I am looking for roughly 1,2 or 3 days of max 2-6 hours per day, to start with. I can look after kids/babies at my house as well as yours.
My Qualifications
Extended Diploma in Dance.
I also studied one year at Falmouth University Dance and Choreography,
I've started my Level 2 Floristry course, at The British Academy of Floral Art.
My Availability
I have a lot of availability, I am very flexible, but I am currently only looking for part-time work. I am looking for roughly 1,2 or 3 days of max 2-6 hours per day. I can look after kids/babies at my house as well as yours.
