I am a full time nanny for a family Tuesday-Friday and have been with them for nearly 3 years but am open to other opportunities in the area as the family have moved out of the area and I have an hour commute now.
May be available for ad hoc babysitting in the evenings/weekends too.
I am passionate about working with children and supporting them to give them the best start in life.
I have a DBS and NVQ qualification in childcare.
My Experience
I have been a nanny since 2018, firstly working part time alongside working in a nursery setting but have now been full time since 2021. I am sole charge to two young children and carry out all day to day activities including school runs, taking to classes, activities in the home, play dates, cooking, children’s basic nursery duties (tidying playroom, changing bedding, children’s laundry etc).
I am also a qualified level 3 early years educator with over 9 years experience with children ranging from the age of 3 months to 5 years.
I have experience in advising and supporting parents with the weaning process and educating parents on their babies physical and neurological development, including giving new parents the confidence in leaving their babies in my care when returning to work and being their main support when they have queries or need guidance with weaning, sleep etc. Within my childcare career I have also cared for and supported children with SEN on different criterias.
