About Me
Hi, I'm Megan Stuart and I'm 28 years old. I consider myself to be extremely patient and hardworking. I will do any nanny duties around the house as i’m organised, love to clean. I am very easy going, confident and a very good listener. I have worked with children since the age of 13 myself, which have ranged from birth up to the age of 18 so I have gained to understand the teenage humour and consider myself to be very fun for all ages! When I was a nanny abroad it was one of the best jobs ever and I would love to nanny again. I am very active, bubbly and outgoing. My hobbies are Ice Skating, stand up paddle boarding and going on long walks. Feel free to send me a message if you want to know more, as I can’t start conversations off myself on here.
My Experience
I qualified from collage back in June 2013 with CACHE children and young people's workforce level 3. I have been babysitting since I was the age of 13 for a family of 3. At the time the children were, 10 month old, 4 and 5. I then went to Austria to work for a company called Esprit which I was a Nanny over there for 4 months. After season, I was then a Room senior in a day nursery. I then went to Greece for a company called Neilson which I was again a Nanny for 6 months. At the end of that season, I wanted to study Nursing and Midwifery to become a children’s nurse, completing an Access course on nursing and midwifery. This at the time was not right for me, so I went back to the nursery and became deputy manager and baby room leader for a few years. I then moved towns and worked in another private day nursery as a Nursery Nurse Practitioner. During my nursery and nanny experiences I have worked with children with various physical, mental and learning disabilities. I have plenty of experience with Autism, using picture boards to help communicate and gaining strategies to help with their day to day learning. I’m happy to discuss these experiences further.
Just as COVID hit I was determined not to become furloughed so I became a Family Support Worker where I have worked in this role since April 2020 to September 2022. I'm now currently at University studying BSc Psychology which is a full time degree. I also currently private nanny for a family, do schools runs and work at a gym crèche. I’m happy to discuss my timetable and hours available to try and fit around well for everyone.

CACHE Children and Young People's Workforce Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma.
Health Science Professions Level 3 (Nursing and Midwifery)
Currently studying BSc Psychology 1st year Level 4
My Availability
This is my current availability below however it is subject to change. I finish my 2nd year of University end of April 2024 so this availability will be till I finish in 2024. Would be willing to do alternate weekends or discuss weekends further.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
- Nannying from £14.00 per hour (gross)
£14 an hour I charge for Nanny services and £11 babysitting services. However, I’m happy to negotiate and discuss further with families. Recently my prices have had to go up due to the cost of living and helping towards the cost of running my car to reach families homes.

Megan was a great babysitter. Very calm around the children and seems to genuinely enjoy looking after little ones. She is very pleasant and friendly too.
