Hi, my name is Charlotte. I am a 24 year old with over 7 years experience in childcare. I am a self employed nanny. OFSTED registered (TAX FREE CHILDCARE) Experience 6 weeks to school age. I have worked in many nurseries as a practitioner in ledbury, ross on wye and a baby room leader in Worcester for two years. I have babysat for many families. I have a level 3 childcare diploma and I have completed a degree in Early Childhood. I have a DBS and an up to date first aid training course.
I also work in the maternity ward in hospital.
My Experience
I have had plenty of experience in various settings working in baby rooms, pre school and early years around Herefordshire. I have an Early childhood degree with placement reviews. I have also looked after children at Weddings. I plan activities for the children based on their needs and age ranges. From spaghetti play, painting to mud kitchen play. I have cooked and prepared food for children on occasion. I have references from previous employers.
My previous job I use to be a baby room leader for two years, youngest was 6 weeks old. Looking after babies till they are 2, insuring their needs are met, feeding and changing and supporting their early years development.

I am more than happy to negotiate rates through hourly or monthly with a family. If you are very local to me I am more than happy to lower or allow you to consider a rate you are willing.
